Dr. Nichelle Stone
Dr. Stone, has cultivated an illustrious career characterized by multi-sector leadership, comprehensive educational guidance, and innovative business management. As the CEO and Founder of Echelon Education Consulting, she offers a rich tapestry of experience spanning education, corporate leadership, supply chain management, and technological innovation. Nichelle emphasizes hands-on coaching and facilitation, guiding new teachers and administrators in designing effective hybrid learning environments and optimizing organizational operations. Her strategic approach has successfully moved schools and organizations to higher levels of performance, achieving on-time and on-budget results.
Previously, as Associate Director of Operations at Liberation Academy, Dr. Stone managed diverse facets of operations, including business, finance, and stakeholder engagement. Her innovative strategies in enrollment and operational systems played a key role in establishing the charter school. With a deep passion for virtual learning, Dr. Stone served as an Online English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher with VIPKID, teaching English to Chinese students using key online learning instructional methods and immersive technology. Her time at Duval County Public Schools, initially in partnership with The Broad Residency in Urban Education, showcased her adaptability and commitment to academic excellence, serving in various roles from middle school Mathematics Teacher to Director of K-12 Support Services. Her leadership in managing budgets, overseeing projects, and developing educational initiatives has left a significant impact on the educational landscape.
